Why are there different pricing models?

We wanted to account for different use cases and service levels expected by our customers. Some customers require expert translators for medical documents, whereas others want native speakers to translate basic documents. One customer may be bilingual and can review a translation themselves, while another may rely on having another professional review the file. These scenarios have different price points, which our pricing model reflects.
